ABOUT US

Hey ya'll!
We're a Radio, Television and Broadcasting club! That is to say we're into independant film-making and radio recording! So if you're interested in someday being on television or maybe being a deejay to a prominent radio chanel then you sure have come to the right place! We try to give everyone a chance because we like to believe that we are fair enough so rest assured you will be given the opportunities to dabble here and there before eventually deciding where your aptitude really lies!

Or realy you can just join us for the fun of it because there's never...(well HARDLY never) a dull moment with COSTA. Be it our organized activities, weekly futsal sessions , and let's not forget the trips which we are rather fond of having every now and then!

The thing you must remember is that because of the nature of broadcasting, we are rather humanitarian and believe in advocating for human and environmental rights so, if you are looking for a place to earn some cash, you might as well transfer off to the Monash Business club or something. Because really if that is you, all the ammount of cash we donate to charities will probably make you cry!

But otherwise we sincerely hope you have an AWESOME time with COSTA!

IT'S ALL BOUT THE COMMUNICATION BABY!

COSTA for Turtles
Hey ya'll
Since I'm rather at lost here, do allow me to stoke the fires of my narcissistic soul and show you some of the pictures of our COSTA carnival last year! Well if you've read that super lengthy "ABOUT US" collumn that I took the time to write, perhaps you will already know of our humanitarian pursuits! Basically every semester MUSA organizes a Street Carnival where each club or society is allocated a booth. Last year a couple of us from COSTA took the liberty of using our booth to raise funds to buy satellites for the sea-turtle conservation programme and adopt Monash Malaysia's very own sea-turtles (you will be hearing about this again very soon as Caryn and I are at the final stages of the adoption transactions) and let me tell you we made a MINT that day!

But anyways, this will give you some idea of what we get up to! (will someone with the Chow Kit photos send them to me so I can write up about that as well.)

Costa for Turtles Carny pics
hey ya'll, as promised, Rachel did deliver the pics and so here they are, the episode of my life where i live up to my secret childhood dreams of being a Carny! Of course as with all things in publishing...they managed to come out back to front again. But I guess particular viewing order isn't of any importance here. Just read the captions if you get lost (though i sincerely doubt that)

We all went Green in every sense of the word!

Double double toil and trouble, couldron boil and potion bubble!
And that, dear friends, were the highlights from the very eventful day. Note, that i use the word Day to represent the sunshine hours coz, Rach went back with her borther Eric around six so, we didn't have any photos of the night events. Either way, we were so buzy at night we probalby would not have the time to take any pics...and no i'm not just saying this because of SOUR GRAPES!
Peace out folks! Don't forget to support our next project!
